I just ordered my 60x34x22 jetted tub from HydroMassage after many months of research. We’re converting a garage to a master bedroom/bath, and I was looking for the best jetted tub available. Many other tubs seem to have jets just to bubble the water around rather than to provide true therapeutic benefits. The placement and number of jets available, the force of the jets, and other customizable features make the HydroMassage tub truly beneficial for hydro therapy use. I’m looking forward to getting the tub in about a month.

The website provides loads of information along with videos of the tubs in the shop. The many options can get confusing, but help is only a phone call away! I must have phoned Ron half a dozen times during the process of ordering my tub to ensure that I got it right, that it would fit into the space,
and do what I expected.

I’ll write another review after I get the tub installed and use it, but until then, I’m very happy with the process of getting just the tub I’ve wanted, made right in CO, and backed by folks who have a real commitment to their products.

We have been searching for a new freestanding tub for a few months and came across Hydro Massage. We of course had questions and we called and spoke with Ron. He answered our call right away, was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. It is a scary thought to be spending this kind of money without KNOWING what you are getting. Ron made it very easy and comfortable for us to believe in their product 100% from the start. With confidence, we ended up ordering the Hyrdo Massage, 12 jet Rosabella tub, with the jetted massage pillow and the revive oxygen wellness system. I am VERY excited to try this & looking forward to feeling better & many soaks in our new tub!

I had heard about Japanese soaking tubs, which take up a small footprint but are much deeper than normal tubs, and wanted to add one during our remodel. After much research, I found that many don't actually have as much soaking depth (b/c of the built-in seat) as you'd want. Additionally, I wanted controllable combo air and jets, and a heater—and my contractor was recommending a freestanding model over drop-in. Hydro Massage is basically the only company offering all these features—and many more like a purge & dry cycle, chromatherapy lighting, and back and shoulder jets). I contacted the company for more information and pricing, and had great support from the sales and ordering teams. The order's been placed, and I couldn't be more excited to receive and install my 42" Maya bathtub!

Reaching retirement is great, however when you have joint arthritis mixed in with muscle soreness it can make retirement activities less enjoyable.

Their Made in USA products are supported by their knowledgeable Americans who communicate well and treat you like family by providing truthful responses and guidance.
I felt Rons, and Melanie at hydromassageproducts exemplified the importance of talking with knowledgeable customer service people who care about their products and their customers. That is rare these days with many companies offering only distant call centers who have little product knowledge and barely speak English.
We hope to enjoy our Reward series model 7248SD Drop in bath with 43 combination water and air jets providing welcoming massages.
There are many other brands out in the marketplace, however there’s a lot to be said for the quality, reliability, and American built and supported hydro bath products.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a jetted whirlpool tub. I researched for over 6 months to try and find a perfect tub. After numerous texts, phone calls, e-mails to Jennifer at Hydro Massage I finally decided to purchase a whirlpool tub from Hydro Massage The quality of the material that is used to build your custom tub was not matched by the big name manufacturers. I know I compared numerous whirlpool tubs. Jennifer was so knowledgeable about her product. She even did a comparison for another manufacturer that I was looking at. No pressure just good old honest answers. I even sent pictures so she knew what we had and what we were looking for in our remodel. We use our tub at least 3x per week, so it is important to us to have a quality product. I am certain we have found that in the tub we purchased. We are certainly looking forward to our remodel completion and using the "Escape" Gold model.

We researched online to find the best jetted tub and picked the hydro massage jetted tub. We absolutely loved everything about it, however we recently moved out of state. We contacted the Hydro Massage Products to get help with purchasing a new one like it. The representative went above and beyond to help. My wife has Lupus, so we consider it a medical necessity, we upgraded to the nine jets and it is incredible how much it helps her with joint pain and stiffness. It is a reviving experience!

I researched the network typing in “Hydro Massage Bathtub”. Several links came up including “Big Box” stores with common household names and local businesses who would be interested in installation.
My emphasis was working with a company that provided “Good Service”.
After scrolling down the list of products I clicked on Hydro Massage Products where they included a video of one of their tubs showing the plumbing, pumps, heater, etc. That caught my attention because of my interest in operation details.
As a former owner of hot tubs (outdoor models) I wanted to make sure the indoor tub models offered the strong jets that my wife and I experienced throughout the past years.
After further research and calls to different companies I narrowed my choice to HMP in Colorado. Answering the phone was Jennifer who was pleasant and patient with my long list of questions. Several calls regarding models, operations, faucet locations, etc. and especially the feature of an “Ultra Clean Plumbing System” convinced me to go ahead with purchase. If a left a voice mail, Jennifer was prompt in returning my calls with my onslaught of question. Right away I could tell that this company stands behind their products and getting “service” was a no brainer.

We've been searching for a reputable and preferably US made massage therapy tub for some time now, through internet searches / reviews and reviewing multiple options we found that Hydro Massage Baths was the right fit for us. The build quality and features of the Hydro Massage tubs were a major advantage over what we were finding with the competitors, and the ability to customize the tub to our needs was also a selling point. Ron and Melaine were very helpful and patient throughout the process, as we had a lot of questions and concerns prior to making such a large purchase. They were able to answer all of our questions, and we are looking forward to the delivery of our tub later this month and hope the product meets our expectations based on our searches!

We recently remodeled our thirty year old master bathroom. I had several priorities, the top of the list was a new, modern jetted tub. It takes me three days to decide what new shampoo to try so I looked at tubs for MONTHS. The whole time I found myself coming back to HydroMassage over and over again.

I would recommend calling their number to let them walk you through the ordering process…the gentleman asked questions about how I would be using the tub, what areas of my body I wanted to target, what specs to look for on the tub filler, and he helped with ideas about orienting the tub in our limited space.

I settled on the “Sarah”, a 58” freestanding tub with 14 jets. THIS TUB IS INSANE. I had a jetted tub before but nothing prepared me for this experience. The pressure is amazing and adjustable. There are six jets at my back, one on either hip and calf and four for my feet. The arm rests make it so comfortable and relaxing. I’m not joking when I tell everyone I know that it is so THERAPEUTIC that it seems like you should need a prescription to buy a tub like this. I was worried it was a bit small but my husband is 6’ tall and loves it. My aching back loves it. My pretty new bathroom also loves how handsome it is. Love. Love. Love.

I didn’t get all the goodies, no heater, no lights, no pillow…just a grab bar inside the edge in case I need it one day. But I’ve stayed in the tub for close to an hour and didn’t loose any heat and the pump runs so smoothly I’ve never worried about my bourbon vibrating off the edge🤭it is loud, but runs as smooth as my baby grandson’s butt.

My second priority in the remodel was the bathroom needed to be easy to clean. We left the recommended clearance around the tub and it’s a breeze to wipe out since I can walk behind it. It is way easier to clean than the old corner “garden tub” and no comparison to an old school alcove tub.

I’m really fussy but I can’t find a thing to complain about in this transaction. I love the staff, I loved the price, and I dearly love this tub. Thank you HydroMassage!!!

I just ordered my tub. I currently have a jetted garden tub which doesn't come close to what my Kohler jetted tub did in Houston so I promised myself to eventually remodel my master bath here in Sun City. After reviewing lots of site and products I found Hydro massage. I started communicating with Jennifer on what I was looking for and found her to be very helpful and patient with me. With the different models and packages available I needed the help and she was terrific. I have ordered my tub and am now looking for a great contractor. I will write another review after I get my tub. I find Hydro Massage a wonderful company to work with.

A friend of ours recommended Hydromassage. We had been looking at a number of different suppliers of jetted tubs. We started a conversation with Jennifer and since we aren’t that far away from their manufacturing plant, she invited us to come out and look at the jetted tubs. We were actually able to sit in a couple of them and found the perfect fit for us, a 60’ lacie alcove model. Jenifer answered all our questions on what we needed for the electrician and our installer to do in prepping for the installation. Jennifer was terrific, patient and answered all our questions. Made the shopping experience very nice. The price was better than what we saw from other vendors and the lead time was only about 6 weeks. Looking forward to its arrival so we can start using it.

We purchased a LaCie Deluxe 30"x60" tub with a Whisper-Flo heater last year and have been using it since. We were mainly interested in a deep soaking tub (no whirlpool jets), and the LaCie tub turned out to be an excellent choice. As far as I could find, this was the deepest soaking tub for the alcove space that we could find. The Whisper-Flo heater keeps the water hot with minimal noise (we also ordered extra sound insulation). Though we have grab bars attached to the walls, the grab bars installed on the tub are a nice addition. The added pillow shown in the picture adds some comfort, but certainly isn't essential.

Everyone we have dealt with at HydroMassage has been very helpful and responsive to our questions. There were a few hiccups in the ordering/delivery process for this new model tub but any issue was easily resolved. One minor issue that we encountered after installation was a gap around the removable plate on the front of the tub. We don't know if this was due to an installation issue that slightly warped the opening, but this could have been avoided if additional support was added to the tub opening to avoid any flex. To resolve this problem, I replaced existing magnets with stronger magnets that helped better secure the plate to the tub. A bead of caulk closed the remaining small gaps. There have been no problems at all with the tub, so we haven't had to remove the cover.

Just ordered my 30 inch Lacie Hydromassage Alcove tub. Spoke to Ron and he was very knowledgeable on my tub and provided me with specifics to ensure that unit would fit properly in our installation. He explained all of the jet functions (Air and water) and provided information on the pumps and electrical hook up. The ordering process is very simple, and they provided feedback every step of the way. Can't wait to get this tub!

I purchased my new whirlpool tub from Hydro Massage Products because....they answered the phone!! I had started working with another company that would not call me. It was a "back and forth" email that just didn't work out. Hydro Massage was polite and explained everything perfectly. Their products are made in the USA, not China. I highly recommend them!

I started out searching the web and looking at the traditional brands you would associate with hot tubs and whirlpools.
I wasn't too impressed with the offerings until I came across Hydro Massage Products.

Working with Hydro Massage Products was easy. There was no pressure. It was such a relief to work with an honest, straightforward company with no gimmicks. I did a lot of research on the internet and wound up getting annoying sales calls from some very high pressure and rude sales people at other companies. Hydro Massage was not like that at all.

I also really liked the product selection from Hydro Massage Products. I looked at probably a hundred options across the internet. As I was looking for a "normal" sized tub, (60" x 32") I found that many of the manufacturers, including some very big names, have limited offerings with way fewer jets. Many don't even have jets for the feet! I really liked the features and options offered by the Hydro Massage products.

I purchased an alcove combination tub with a high number of jets and a water heater. I found the price to be reasonable, especially for the great features. I can't wait to get it installed and begin enjoying the therapeutic benefits.

After a great deal of research in preparation of our bathroom remodel, my husband and I chose the 58" Hydromassage combination drop-in tub. The options we had to find just the right tub for us were amazing and the staff were so helpful with our questions through the entire process. Once we found the tub that best fit our needs, we placed the order. The process was very smooth and the communications from the company were great! I exhausted myself researching bathtubs but kept coming back to this beautiful 59 inch Rosalyn tub by Hydromassage for all the features it offered. It comes with a wonderful array of jets as standard but also has tons of add-ons - even some that I asked about but my wonderful sales associate, Jennifer suggested that they were overkill from what I was already adding. If you are looking for your next jetted tub I strongly recommend Hydromassage. They were wonderful to work with and patiently waited for me to get all the construction "ducks" in a row. No pressure to purchase as I think they know their bathtubs speak for themselves. Highly recommend !

Ordered my 72" x 32" hydromassage tub this weekend. Should be arriving in 4-6 weeks. I was all set to order a tub from a national brand, but was told at the last second that there was a minimum 4 month lead time. I paused that process to explore other options and found this company online. I started a chat on their website with a few simple questions and very quickly a real person was helping me. Then I realized how much more tub I could get for the same money and in a much shorter turnaround time. This tub will have 12 jets and is a full 6ft long. I have opted to upgrade the jets on my feet to improve the massage there. The whole thing is made in Colorado by a family run business. Everyone was very helpful by phone, email and chat. I thought it would be tricky to find what I wanted, but they led me to it quickly. Can't wait to get my tub.

I have ordered 2 tubs from Hydro in the past 3 years. A jet tub (Alcove) and a soaker (Alcove). The jet tub required a custom size and the soaker was a regular size. The process was quick and easy and Jennifer K. was responsive, timely, knowledgeable and thorough. Delivery was timely. Its great to have a "Made in America" company instead of having to deal with big box home stores that are expensive and often will not stand behind their products.

Just ordered my 58.5-inch Rosabella drop-in combination tub. Looked at several less costly tubs that were recommended by contractors bidding on our main bathroom remodel. But being American made, with very powerful pumps that could be positioned to fit our placement, and a strong heater system to keep the water hot swayed the decision. Sales account manager Jennifer, answered several questions and kept me informed throughout our several week decision process. Will review more after the install and tryout! Very impressed so far.

We are remodeling one old bathroom and building another one new. So I've been ordering lots of fixtures from lots of places. I don't have my tub yet, but I had to come on here and say that I've had a great experience communicating with Hydro Massage Products, getting everything settled, and ordering. I called first and got an actual person on the phone - I was pleasantly surprised. Then I followed up with emails and, again, the response was quick and professional. A couple of phone calls and one email later and my tub was being made and will be shipped in a couple of days. This has been one of the best experiences of all in ordering things for our bathrooms. It's crazy how a really good experience like this one stands out so much from the rest of the world. I'd work with them any time - this is a great company.

When I buy something the customer service is as important as the product. While we like the product the customer service was non responsive. It took almost 2 years to get a service call to our brand new tub. The fault was a manufactuaring error and the only reason they came to service it is because we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Inferior customer response and a big waste of our time and a lot of evasive aggravation.

When we finally got our home improvement project going, we agreed that it's a perfect occasion to install the drop-in corner tub I always dreamed of - with hydro massage features. As I actually started to choose - I notice that not every tub created equal - some of them just named so, but the specification does not support the claim. When I found this site, I was skeptical in the beginning, but Jennifer very patiently answered all my questions and concerns, provided technical information for our construction team to prepare for the proper tub placement. Thank you, Hydro Massage team!

I searched the internet and home improvement stores for my Freestanding Tub for six months. All tubs were too thin, shallow, uncomfortable. Then I found the Hydro Massage Products Sarah 5833SDFS A (H9) 58″ x 33″ x 27″. 20" Soaking level, 5" more than the average competition, 115 degree seating angle and arm rests for a relaxing experience. I found my tub. Melaine and Ron help me select the options and installation assistance my contractor needed to ensure an easy install. Ron sent me photos and easy to following instructions for the electrical and plumbing.

I just purchased the Maya 42” Freestanding Combination Jetted/Whirlpool tub from Hydro Massage and am looking forward to receiving it and using it. We are renovating our basement and adding a small bathroom in which this tub will be perfect in this space.
I compared well known manufacturers of massage tubs to the products from Hydro Massage, and I found there are many key features that are better in the Maya model as compared to other manufacturer’s designs (more jets, more powerful pumps….).

We are remodeling our master bathroom and decided to put in a jet tub to help alleviate my wife's osteoarthritis. As we weren't happy with any of the locally available options, we reached out to Hydro Massage. We chose a Zen Gold 6030 alcove hydro tub which is a perfect fit for our existing space. Melaine was ever responsive to our many questions about placing the order and some special concerns about how the tub would be delivered directly to our home in Canada. Ron was invaluable in advising us about the different tub specs and went above and beyond to make sure we received delivery in advance of the start of our renovation. Excellent communication throughout from the HM team. Can't wait to try it out!

We did extensive research in our area and found very little product that addressed our needs. An internet search found Hydro Massage and RON STEVENS. Ron is super knowledgeable and helpful concerning size, shape, heating and jet options. We purchased a freestanding Sarah unit. Ron was super attentive in shipping, product and the installation questions that we had. I would 100% purchase another unit from HM and RS!

Last year we purchased a DROP IN Rosabella 6636SD (gold/combo) tub. It is better than we could have imagined. With out a doubt, it is the best tub we have ever seen and experienced. My contractor was blown away with the quality of the tub. The service we received from Hydro Massage was second to none.
I highly recommend them and giving them only 5 stars seems like an injustice.

We just placed order for freestanding Zen Oval Gold Series 66x36" Combination tub. We are remodeling our master-bath and were exploring online for options for a tub. The so-called name brands have no way to see or sit in their tubs to see if it will be a comfortable fit. After doing considerable research, we decided to contact Hydro Massage. After talking to Jennifer, she set up an appointment for us to come to the showroom to view their tubs. She and the staff pulled out numerous sizes and styles of tubs for my wife to sit in so she could pick the most comfortable model. They were absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that we experienced. I would highly recommend Hydro Massage.

Two years ago I purchased two 5', alcove style Hydro Massage tubs for two of my residential customers. These were purchased locally thru a tub retail specialist. My initial decision to purchase this brand came from its on floor availability. However, when i reached out to Hydro Massage and spoke with Ron, i learned so much more about the value received from these products. He spent a good half hour detailing the functional and health benefits available from standard models and from some of the high end features. Most importantly, i learned that this company actually cares about a customer receiving what is desired...not just what is available.
Fast-forward to the big game on Sunday; where i initiated my most recent purchase; a new 72" x 42" drop-in Eclipse tub. Unexpectedly, Ron took the time to reach out via phone (on game day!) to provide answers to my e-mailed questions. Suffice it to say, I ordered the platinum series Eclipse with a number of bells and whistles all designed to provide the highest level experience to my customer. The next day, Jennifer helped me expedite the order and she worked to accommodate my installation dilemmas.
My current customer has a number of pain relief concerns and this tub should satisfy those needs, while providing a comforting and relaxing jetted massage.
While i have purchased a few jetted tubs over my 30 years in business, i find myself drawn to the attention to detail and concern that Hydro Massage provides. They have never upsold me on a feature, but rather always offered personal and professional opinions that have saved my customer's money. I imagine there will not be a need to look at another company's products again.

We just placed order for freestanding Rosabella 66x36" Combination tub. We Are remodeling our master-bath and were exploring online for options for a freestanding tub. All the jetted tubs we saw could not find soaking depth of more than 16 or 18" and some were as low as 14". It was hard to find someone who was willing to work with us to understand our project and suggest options and install recommendations. I spoke to Ron once and he connected me to Jennifer. I had several email exchanges and phone calls with her to finalize our order (neck pillow, deck mount faucet options, grab bar location, pump location etc.). It is great to talk to someone who wants to understand your needs when you have questions. Loved the customer service, hard to come by these days when you buy from large stores with sales team that is focused only on selling. Looking forward to the project completion so we can relax and enjoy in the tub.

We were ready to pull the trigger on a Kohler tub we live 40 miles down the road from Sheboygan Wi. After our plumber came out and said the specs would fit a new replacement drop in tub 72x42x23. I decided to investigate further and came across Hydro Massage. I called on a Saturday and Jennifer called back that day, she answered all of my questions and suggested 2 options based on our needs and wants. After consulting with our plumber and electrician we decided to go with the Platinum series rectangle drop in. She was so helpful with ALL of the questions as well as describing how the process of ordering would work. Can’t wait to get our new tub!!!

I just purchased a Zen Oval 60"x42"x24" Combination Gold Series Tub after researching tubs and looking at big box stores that have no Inventory to look at and also plumbing supply show rooms that have no inventory or options to choose from I searched the internet looking for a tub that has the largest sitting space and depth because most tubs have big outside measurements but small inside measurements. After a long search i found Hydro Massage and looked at the good reviews and also liked the tubs and how they were equipped and with more powerful pumps than other tubs i called and spoke to Jennifer she was so helpful and full of knowledge i was sold i sure wish all customer service people were like Jennifer she was a real pleasure to talk with. Can wait to get my tub and get it installed!!!

I purchased the 72” Rosabella combination air/whirlpool tub with added leg jets. It is awesome. I really like the depth of this tub and the jets are very powerful without being too noisy. The heater keeps the water very warm for long soaks. I definitely recommend!

We cannot wait to receive our new Freestanding Rosabella from Hydro Massage! My wife and I are in process of remodeling our master bathroom. She has been constantly reminding me that, for her, this is the most important room in the house... especially a really good, freestanding tub. I began the journey by looking at the tubs that the big box stores and builder supply stores offer, even the really high-end brands. In every situation, I had questions and/or concerns about tub quality, faucet mounting, drain locations, amperage requirements and motor locations. Every investigation left me with questions...until I stumbled upon the Hydro Massage Team. Initially, I spoke with Ron and Melaine and I, very quickly, determined that this was the company that I needed to do business with. I also knew that with all of the great options, I needed to get my wife in on the conversation. We then spoke to Jennifer, who answered all of our questions and agreed to modify the tub to our needs. While we have not yet received the tub, we are confident that it will be a perfect fit in both the installation and for our family!
