I had a great experience purchasing my Paradise 60x60 corner Combination tub from Ron at Hydro Massage.  He was very knowledgeable, responsive and not a high-pressure salesman.  He made the purchase very easy.  This tub is “fully loaded” with 2 – 3 speed powerful pumps and a heater which increases to 105 degrees.  I also added 10 extra air massage jets for leg therapy. Remodeling my bathroom and wanted to add a combo whirlpool tub. After much research for quality of the product and service, I chose to go with Hydro Message. Ron was very helpful with my selection for the space I needed. We bought a Hydro Massage combination water and air jetted tubs several years ago when we remodel our home. We are now moving and remodeling the house that we are moving to and wanted to have the same tub because of the GREAT experience that we had with our prior purchase. I contacted Hydro Massage and Mr. Ron Stevens handled our order flawlessly. I sent him a picture of the tub we had and he immediately identified it and was very helpful and VERY accessible! At a time when customer service is essentially non-existent, Mr. Stevens reminds us what a consumer product business should be. We love our hydromassage tub! I think the micro bubbles help me be a better person. Maybe more effective than psychotherapy. They just take the demons out of my muscles  🤷‍♀️👺 and chill me out.

There’s a friend of ours who has a child with chronic eczema. We let her bathe in the tub from time to time because the micro bubbles help heal her skin. Pretty cool.

As a general contractor, we recently installed the Tranquility 60" x 32" Gold Series Hydro Massage Bath from Hydro Massage Products for one of our remodeling clients, and we were very impressed with both the product and the company.
From the beginning, the Hydro Massage team was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. As contractors, good communication and reliable product support are extremely important to us, especially when we're installing specialty products as part of a larger remodel.
The tub itself is very well made and has a high-quality, clean design. The 12-jet hydro massage system, including the dedicated back jets and powerful adjustable pump, provides our customer with the therapeutic and relaxing experience they were looking for. Most importantly for us, our customer is extremely happy with the finished product.
We work with a lot of different manufacturers and products in the remodeling industry, and our experience with Hydro Massage Products has been excellent. Backstory: we had ordered a "nice" freestanding tub from Menards and when it was delivered, the soaking depth was 4 inches less than what was promised on the website. Moreover, it was clear that the tub was cheaply made with substandard materials and manufacturing methods. Disappointed, we didn't know where to turn. After all, how is the average person supposed to find a high-quality tub unless you find a showroom and spend 12 grand? After a bunch of searching, we were shocked when we found Hydro Massage tubs. It was everything we wanted in a new tub and more. Their staff was incredibly helpful during the tub-choosing and design confirmation process. The soaking depth was ACTUALLY AS ADVERTISED. At the end of the day, this tub was slightly more expensive than the Menards brand, but my goodness did we make the right choice here. The craftsmanship is great! We got the freestanding Rachel 7242SDFS model. I found this company on the internet after frantically searching for a replacement tub when our tub was damaged during  our renovation. Ron was instrumental in helping us find the right tub and answered all our questions.  Alene was very helpful in getting us specs and quotes.
